This is the reason. I'm not sure why he's projected as a pocket passer, but IMO he's the 3rd or 4th best dual-threat qb behind Murray and Gibson.

Yeah, you're right. Maybe the staff decided not to slow the growth of Swoopes and Heard, they have to know Ash won't make it through the season? From the sounds of it though, they were pleased with what Ash had done so far on the Spring. I just think in today's recruiting game it's too coincidental that Gentry commits on the 12th and you get this tweet on the 14th. Part of the pitch perhaps?

yea speaking of Strong, his tour of the nation stopped in West Texas the other day. I know some diehard UT fans out here and it was mixed feelings about the guy, mainly his recent recruiting methods. I wasn't there but thats what was told to me.
