I agree but you should be surprised that the NCAA had a "thick file" on him and Texas did not know that before they offered - they have to take some of the blame on his hire.

The Ole Miss report was out before signing day, but Charlie waiting on that class to sign before doing anything about it.   I guess Core Values only apply after the players are locked in.

According to reports he has an autistic son that played a big part in his decision.  His family did not want to move the special needs boy for the 2nd time in as many years.
