Notice that WO-S' Jamie Smith did not even make second team and he made the All-Tournament team at the Regional tournament. Also, Richard Netherly made MVP at the Regional tournament but wasn't given that honor here.

Oh well, they had a nice ride to state and no one can take that away from them. They have the medals to prove that!!

Scales had the best year in Cardinal land. He should have been on first team.

I think if you have a popular name in multi sports than you automatically get it in everything.

Netherly was the best player in this distict. His games he missed cost him the MVP award. Its hard to argue with Donahoe being named,he can flat play and HJ rode him this year. This team must have been picked before the state tourney if the kid that went to stands made first team.Broc Haymon was definitely BC best player.Kid could shoot the trey like nobody else. This district will be brutal next year with W/O ,Jasper, Silsbee and HJ ALL BEING STRONG.

In my book, Jamie Smith was definitely overlooked because he was instrumental to WO-S making it as far as they did. Great kid that will truly be missed next year!!! Thanks again Mustangs for the ride!!! :cheers

This list is voted on by the coaches. they nominate their players for each spot and then it is voted on by all coaches. It is strictly based on district play and doesn't include the playoffs.
