bullets13 Posted March 15, 2014 Report Posted March 15, 2014 This is a tough one for me. If he did in fact dam up a stream, does it have any negative effects on his neighbors? Could he possibly flood the neighbors land upstream? I'm generally in favor of a man being able to do what he likes on his own property, but I'd definitely be curious to see how this affects people living around him, IF he did in fact dam up an existing stream. LumRaiderFan Posted March 15, 2014 Author Report Posted March 15, 2014 Regardless, the state should make the call. The EPA is just one more nonsensical branch that should be abolished. jv_coach 1 Quote
