**#5 BRIDGE CITY at #13 SILSBEE**/BC wins 2-1

It's a battle of two top 15 state ranked teams as the #5 Bridge City Cardinals travel to Silsbee to take on the #13 Tigers at the Tiger Diamond in a big 21-3A district game TONIGHT at 7pm. Bridge City (11-2-2, 1-0) defeated Woodville in non district action last Wednesday 10-2 while Silsbee (9-4-1, 1-1) lost to Buna 5-4 in 9 innings to take their first loss in district play after winning 10 straight district games dating back to last season. BC and Silsbee split their district games last season with Silsbee winning the #1 seed game 14-7.

 

 

Our broadcast will start at 6:50pm with first pitch scheduled for 7pm. Mike Sanchez and Tim Scoggins will be on the call.
