If they dont hire him they'll settle out of court because its a slam dunk case. Then that leaves a need for another new HIRE. That adds up to 3 coaches getting paid WOW !!! JustUs Posted March 31, 2014 Author Report Posted March 31, 2014 Chargois was asked 2 weeks ago by a BISD board member via 12News-TV was MaGee still on BISD payroll and Chargois refused to answer. Chargois stated it was a personnel matter that would be discussed in executive session. Sources say MaGee is on the payroll till June despite his resignation. What a deal. Smh.... :o Quote

The fact that the media is biased isn't an excuse for this situation. This a mess. And the Admins are wrong for allowing it to happen. As far as the slanted media go, why doesn't the media ever report on Vidor not having a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of? The local media is ridiculously bias and does give slanted reports where BISD is concerned. Quote

He is responsible for the effective operation of the District; general administration of all instructional, business or other operations of the District; and for advising and making recommendations to the Board of Education with respect to such activities.
