The 9th grade students, who are juveniles, are being charged with a state jail felony, section 2808, graffiti. The charge is upgraded from a misdemeanor because it was done on a school property.

If there is nothing to report, there is nothing to report. BISD is making it's own problems. You can blaim the media all day long.....but if you want it to stop, BISD needs to stop doing stupid stuff.....
