All I saw was a line formation by authorities and a black panther member talking and people taking photos or recording it.

Sometimes I feel like it's a curse being right all the time.....

Alfred Wright protest turns physical between demonstrators and troopers

Over 20 troopers had to exit the building and keep the crowd under control. After the crowd did not exit the doorway, troopers mad a formation that pushed back protestors.

In video, several protestors can be seen being forcefully moved by troopers.

"As far as demonstrators going into the DPS office; that cannot be done if it is going to disrupt normal business operations," DPS Spokesperson Stephanie Davis said.

Sec. 42.02. RIOT. (a) For the purpose of this section, "riot" means the assemblage of seven or more persons resulting in conduct which:

(1) creates an immediate danger of damage to property or injury to persons;

(2) substantially obstructs law enforcement or other governmental functions or services; or

(3) by force, threat of force, or physical action deprives any person of a legal right or disturbs any person in the enjoyment of a legal right.

( A person commits an offense if he knowingly participates in a riot.

(c) It is a defense to prosecution under this section that the assembly was at first lawful and when one of those assembled manifested an intent to engage in conduct enumerated in Subsection (a), the actor retired from the assembly.

(d) It is no defense to prosecution under this section that another who was a party to the riot has been acquitted, has not been arrested, prosecuted, or convicted, has been convicted of a different offense or of a different type or class of offense, or is immune from prosecution.

You would think in 5 months the DOJ or FBI would of at least said if the initial investigation was flawed......or some comments about the autopsy.....makes me wonder why

The family feels the same way. They are searching for answers and closure like most families would be seeking.

Justice is the guise they operate under. If true justice was their goal, then it would be for everyone, not just blacks.

Why can't you stop throwing the "race card" out there and just accept that the organization is trying to bring national attention to this situation and get some closure for this family?  But no, you ALSO want to keep throwing 'race" into this issue. Why?

The New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense (NBPP) is a U.S.-based black political organization founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1989. Despite its name, NBPP is not an official successor of the Black Panther Party.[2] Members of the original Black Panther Party have insisted that the newer party is illegitimate and have firmly declared, "There is no new Black Panther Party".[2]
