ozensfinest Posted April 10, 2014 Report Posted April 10, 2014 If there is a "relationship" between the 3 aforementioned individuals, it will be examined pretty thoroughly. Looks like there were some bad "relationships" within the district. Like I said earlier Chargois/Thomas too powerful to touch. Quote
NorthoftheBorder Posted April 10, 2014 Report Posted April 10, 2014 One more thing I wanna say about this, can you guys please stop saying the kids are being affected by the things that are going on with BISD, in no way shape or form are the kids being affected by this situation. They are still getting up in the am going to receive a quality education stop the madness people please. And another thing, for those who think the Supt. will be forced to resign. What the HELL is taking so long for him to resign? Let me guess FBI and TEA are looking for move evidence on the school district, better yet what is taking Micheal Williams so long to make a decision? If BISD was in such disarray why would he need to "take his time" with the whole situation? After Williams came into office it took him only a few days to send in TEA to take over the El Paso school district. Before you guys get on here posting nonsense do a little research on the relationship between Chargois, Dr. Thomas & the TEA Micheal Williams. ;) And Nero fiddled while Rome burned!! Quote
baddog Posted April 10, 2014 Report Posted April 10, 2014 I don't think anyone with possible pending charges from an investigation of misappropriation of funds should be able to retire and draw their retirement from the same people they are accused of stealing from. Quote
Teamlast Posted April 10, 2014 Report Posted April 10, 2014 Like I said earlier Chargois/Thomas too powerful to touch. Dude who do u think these guys are? They are some crooked sups of a horrible district. They have power in BISD and then it stops their. These guys are gonna be the ones that catch the most crap out of anyone Quote

ozensfinest Posted April 10, 2014 Report Posted April 10, 2014 Can't wait to see some of you all faces when this thing blows over. Will TEA be crooks too? LOL Quote

Depending on how his contract reads, if he gets fired or removed he may still get paid for his contract which could be as much as half a million dollars. If he resigns he may get nothing. As far as their power? You may want to share that with Ritter and Deshotel Quote
baddog Posted April 10, 2014 Report Posted April 10, 2014 How can losing millions of dollars not affect the kids? Wasn't there an issue with Westbrooks weight room being below par? Was that money or politics? Quote
stevenash Posted April 10, 2014 Report Posted April 10, 2014 Like I said earlier Chargois/Thomas too powerful to touch. Richard Nixon was also too powerful to touch. Quote
thetragichippy Posted April 10, 2014 Report Posted April 10, 2014 Boasting that someone is untouchable..... And we wonder why BISD is in this mess Quote
BLUEDOVE3 Posted April 10, 2014 Report Posted April 10, 2014 I think TEA needs to assign new managers. I think Chargois will remain as a liaison between the new board & BISD administration. Quote
NorthoftheBorder Posted April 10, 2014 Report Posted April 10, 2014 Richard Nixon was also too powerful to touch. Nixon lacked one distinct advantage that Chargois/Thomas have!! That is what ozensfinest is communicating!! Quote
BMTSoulja1 Posted April 10, 2014 Report Posted April 10, 2014 How can losing millions of dollars not affect the kids? Wasn't there an issue with Westbrooks weight room being below par? Was that money or politics? The West Brook field house had nothing to do with funds. There was a stop work order in place because of a particular construction company didn't get the job. Englebert Posted April 10, 2014 Report Posted April 10, 2014 Definitely we're living in times for people making accusations and no facts to back them up. Are you referring to the race card? Quote
BMTSoulja1 Posted April 10, 2014 Report Posted April 10, 2014 One construction company claimed they had the lower bid and was passed over by another construction company and ran and got the courts involved.... Mr. Buddy Garrity 1 Quote
baddog Posted April 10, 2014 Report Posted April 10, 2014 Thanks Soulja. Then the answer to my question is politics. Still, how can the loss of millions have no effect? BMTSoulja1 1 Quote

BLUEDOVE3 Posted April 10, 2014 Report Posted April 10, 2014 Thanks Soulja. Then the answer to my question is politics. Still, how can the loss of millions have no effect? BISD, under Dr. Thomas's leadership acquired lots of millions. Quote
BMTSoulja1 Posted April 10, 2014 Report Posted April 10, 2014 I am so glad I live in Fannett!!!!I'm glad too... Quote
baddog Posted April 10, 2014 Report Posted April 10, 2014 BISD, under Dr. Thomas's leadership acquired lots of millions. Not a good answer at all, but typical. That excuses everything. The monies came through a bond which is VOTED on by the taxpayers, so Thomas receives no credit. Quote
thetragichippy Posted April 10, 2014 Report Posted April 10, 2014 BISD, under Dr. Thomas's leadership acquired lots of millions OF MONEY LOSS DUE TO THEFT. Quote

So you gonna sit there and tell the world there were no large grants awarded to BISD during his tenure??? Quote
thetragichippy Posted April 10, 2014 Report Posted April 10, 2014 BISD, under Dr. Thomas's leadership acquired lots of millions. And something else.......According to the TEA, The current superintendent Dr. Chargois did not supervise the daily operations of the district, leaving them open for all this fraud. This fraud was going on when Dr. Thomas was in charge, making him just as responsible as Chargois.....and actually MORE responsible because Chargois was just letting the district run on the policies (or lack of) that Thomas had put into play.
