I remember that team. My son was on Port Neches LL team that played BC. They crushed us while Shugart threw a no-hitter. BC will be loaded for years to come. Great program.

There was another Chase on that team who might have been their best player at the time - Chase Rutledge of WOS. He hit a BOMB in that ESPN game. I don't think he even plays baseball anymore.
