thetragichippy Posted June 17, 2014 Author Report Posted June 17, 2014 Judge denies BISD spokeswoman's request for new trial :D :D Her petition, which includes an affidavit signed by Superintendent Timothy Chargois, claims the verdict was contrary to the law and the evidence and that she was denied effective assistance of counsel. Attorney David Barlow submitted the petition on Haynes' behalf. Was it? I think she frauded BISD and BISD police with the assualt charge BS. She should be charged with that..... So, really, she got off easy and I really think she needed the anger management classes.....lol Quote

For lying and making false accusations the punishment isn't enough. Then she lied and tried to receive workers comp. Total Fraud and she got off lightly. Quote
