Unfortunately, college teaches little if anything about leadership and that is learned mostly through experience. A good example might be to compare the education background of Carter and Reagan. Carter graduated 59th out of 800 at the Naval Academy and then got an advanced degree studying nuclear physics. Reagan just had a plain old 4 year undergrad degree before moving to Iowa to be a radio announcer. I am confident that Reagans post education experience developed much more leadership capabilities than that of Carter and I believe there are results that would back up my contention.
