Socialist/Dictators need to have boogie men to rally the kool-aid drinkers.  Hitler had the Jews and obama has the evil rich people.  Just listen how the people here complain and blame the rich aren't doing this or aren't doing that.  And it's ALWAYS coming from the leftist on this board.   I'll ask the obama kool-aid drinkers here -- when's the last time you asked a poor person for a job?
