bullets13
There's nothing offensive about the name, other than its sheer inaccuracy.

shovel
That is the real football. And as a football fan (both American and world), can we all admit that the name "football" as in the American kind is a stupid name for the sport. Ummm.... NO! I try to be open minded about most things, but I gotta draw a line here. Dont mess with my football! It has been that way all my life and I'm not going to change! Any sport where a vuvuzela is accepted and used by fans should be banned from the North American continent! Just kidding bullets. Soccer is a wonderful sport and great for kids. Its just not my thing. Still, dont mess with MY football!
Big girl
Well, you have a good point there. Are you up to further analysis of this robust Obama economic recovery? I would be interested in seeing some more charts since you have access to so many more than me. sigh, the economy again, next Benghazi, entitlements. You recycle complaints. It the same ole things with you.
stevenash
Yes it is because if the economy doesnt improve, everyone including you will be impacted. I would bet you that all of the residents of Greece dearly wish they had been more attentive to the economy when they had the chance. Did you notice where the Governor of New Jersey announced a 700 million dollar shortfall in tax revenues? He stated that the higher tax rates encouraged people not to sell items they normally would have sold ( and resultantly, pay taxes on their gain) and they exchanged dividend paying investments for long term capital gain investments ( resultantly not paying taxes on those dividends) He also stated that the top 1% of wage earners in New Jersey pay 43% of all taxes collected in New Jersey ( I am sure you agree with the Prez that they are not paying their "fair share") So when that top 1% were forced to alter their business conduct by the higher tax rates, the state lost a bunch of revenue. Hmmm- I wonder if that happens in other states as well, What you don't seem to understand that there is much more to worry about in this country than just our level of "compassion" which, you also dont seem to understand, has a cost attached to it that requires someones concern.
