1.  Mr. Obama is not a constitutional lawyer because he no longer has a valid license to practice law.

 

2.  His knowledge of the constitution is, according to recent Supreme Court decisions,  in need of further review.

The Constitutional lawyer, Obama, called the Constitution a "Charter of negative liberties."

 

So he may actually know the Constitution, but he doesn't agree with it.

I believe it has been" brought" twice in the last week with both decisions going against the Presidents interpretation.
