Posted on January 6, 2012 | By Richard Durban.
Google this as well. A man from Arizona was mistakenly deported as well.

Sounds like a federal government problem, not a state which us trying to enforce federal law.

Smitty, the federal government is inept according to steve nash; therefore, we need limited federal government intervention. ....Let Perry handle his border, also google the "Texas Dream Act". Did perry change his mind as it pertains to immigration? Why is he so hot and bothered now? Hmmm

You have been hung up on this TX dream act for days. It has nothing to do with federal control of immigration. The. TXDA allows people living in this state to pay in state tuition.

Stunning right? If you live in the state, you get to claim that you live in the state.

It has nothing to do with the proposed Dream Act where it grants citizenship to illegals based solely on attending college. It also does the same for illegals that join the military and I agree with that.

If you serve 4 years minimum in the US military and get an honorable discharge, you get a permanent resident card/status (which my wife has) and can then apply for citizenship.

All of which (again) has nothing to do with Texas allowing people living in the state to claim they are a resident of the state.

Great attempt at a smoke screen though.........

Big Girl- You have constantly made reference to my desire for a smaller Federal government and you seem to agree that Texas should handle the border issue.  Are you now saying that a smaller, less intrusive Federal government is desireable?

That is what you said so why are you c omplaing about the texas border and what the federal government should do ? (they are inept, remember). Let Perry handle it, but does he want to or is he grandstanding? Three words TEXAS DREAM ACT
