Bush, the Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act of 2000 contains provisions which protect children. Those provisions apply to the tens of thousands of children who arrived in the United States from Central America in 2014 as illegal immigrants. They require opportunity for a hearing and consultation with an advocate. They recommend access to counsel. They direct the Department of Health and Human Services to place the children “in the least restrictive setting that is in the best interest of the child†and to explore reuniting the children with family members.[3] Quote

Would anyone send there minor kid unaccompanied like this anywhere? Isn't this just mind boggling and does it make any sense? Quote
