According to the report, he was shot 6 times.....4 in the right arm and 2 in the head.....it does back up that video and explain why he kept coming towards him, the arm shots didn't slow him down but the head shots did.

The video shows the reporter being a pain and getting in the way.....and I took it as warning him he was about to get shot with tear gas

what would really be great is if there were footage of him being shot. Would definitely know if he was going towards the officer or not.
