whatnamecanipick Posted September 29, 2014 Report Posted September 29, 2014 "Anyone want a cupcake" No we gave you Kansas instead - Same thing ;) OK So now your are still up TWO Cupcake games. SPCFBG ;) ;) ;) Really Kansas is a conference game, Therefor it cannot be considered a "Cupcake Game". Texas A&M is back to the top of the leader board with THREE Cupcake Games. It is hard to stay on top. It makes failure hard to swallow. Quote

whatnamecanipick Posted September 29, 2014 Report Posted September 29, 2014 Sorry you play Kansas and its a cupcake - conference or not. ;) Sorry OT, but you did not invent "cupcake game". Although Texas A&M has used the term this year greatly to their non-conference scheduling. A guru will tell you that a "cupcake game is a game that you find an opponent that you can easily defeat, play at home, and keep all the alumni happy". Texas does not control the scheduling with Kansas therefore it cannot be a "cupcake game". Kansas may be an easy conference win. Kinda like Texas A&M was, It can never be a cupcake game by definition of being a conference game. SPCFBG Just being picky, but there are a few posters with a not so good sense of humor.   Quote

whatnamecanipick Posted September 29, 2014 Report Posted September 29, 2014 A&M's final opponents are 27-3 with an average AP poll ranking of 10th but according to LocknLoad wins this year do not count until the year is over. That also means that losses do no count too. That did not even take solving a differential equation. We are all undefeated until EOY. Speaking of college, does anyone remember doing Fortran on keypunch cards? Talk about the good old days. We have much too easy today. SPCFBG Quote
whatnamecanipick Posted September 29, 2014 Report Posted September 29, 2014 A&M's next 7 games #12 #11 #3 La Monroe #5 #24 #15 at least their are not a directional school. Did not they beat Alabama during Saban's early tenure? Quote
whatnamecanipick Posted September 29, 2014 Report Posted September 29, 2014 Pig Sooie has and will have played some ranked teams.. #5 Auburn 45-21 L #6 TAMU 35-28 OT L #3 Bama #13 UGA #12 MSU #15 LSU #11 Miss #24 Mizz GIG'EM Since wins cannot happen during the years, then rankings other than EOY rankings do not matter.
