I don't think there's a controversy, Cotton is the starter. The big sophomore qb that transferred in from Atascosita probably made some strides and looked good in there with the 2's. When I saw him at practice over a week ago it looked like he needed time but I'll see what the deal is. Didn't really hear anything controversial last night though.

defense is looking good. Offense needs work. I just think the taller quarterback is out playing #12. but I don't have no kid in the program anymore so its hard to get any feedback from what's going on with the boys.

Bishop led kstate to a matchup with Agricultural & Mechanical in 99 i believe in the big12 title game.

I just talked to my buddy and he told me the freshman qb from last year actually ran with the 2's for most of last night. The transfer qb played mostly defense and looks pretty good there. The freshman qb from last year is also 6-2 or 6-3 and played some late in the season on varsity last year. I don't think he'll beat Cotton out the next couple of years though, I was told Willis' 2's defense was significantly easier to move the ball on which probably helped him look better also. It's the T-Cotton era right now.
