This would be determined by pre-season polls. There is no other use of pre-season polls or any other poll now that we have a playoff. The winning conference would get 100 extra scholarships to be divided among their members. They must be equally divided. This would help Conference National Champions to become dynasties, because that is what the fans want. Every recruit wants to go to Conference National Champion's conference anyway, because they are better. This would allow for more of the recruits to attend where they want. I really think that in a year or two, we could probably declare our CNC early and not even have to play the season. Got Milk? Quote
