My son is friends with #24 from Gentry last year(I don't mention names until high school), and he also told me that he transferred to Highlands. Don't know about #25 which was the other back but #24 which was the beast of the two does go to Highlands now.

Sorry but that's wrong, my son plays on Gentry 8A and we have known # 24 since Tee ball. Both backs are still at Gentry. There is another back that transferred from BCA to Highlands that is also very good (also known him since tee ball). I think he wears #24 also. Maybe that is where the confusion is.

#24 for Highlands isn't the kid from Gentry. He's good, but distant from #24 from Gentry. They are still at Gentry.

From what i am hearing from a couple of players some of the 8th grade A team players for HJS got upset or had some bad attitudes during the game and are no longer with the team. Sad cause a couple of them had some real talent.

I know i watched several cheap shots including one kid throw a punch. Hate to hear the attitudes and throwing football away.Hopefully the young kids straighten up and coaches give them a second chance.

We have a big match up next week with Gentry taking on BH North. 8th grade in BH 7th grade at Baytown Sterling.That 8A game should be a battle.

Kind of, but with alot bigger RB's. BH North has bruiser RB's. This ought to be a good one.
