TXHORN_ET Posted August 28, 2014 Report Posted August 28, 2014 Sure hope aTm isn't looking past South Carolina knowing they have Lamar next week. whatnamecanipick 1 Quote
BlackShirts5 Posted August 28, 2014 Report Posted August 28, 2014 Trust me this is no trap game. There is no reason to look past SC to play Lamar. A trap game would be Playing Lamar tonight, SC next week. Looking past Lamar to SC next week. That would be a trap game. Trust me Aggies know exactly what and who they have lining up across them tonight. Quote
AggiesAreWe Posted August 28, 2014 Report Posted August 28, 2014 GCM, you will have to excuse the tu backer who started this thread. Just another "grade school" post from a sip fan. Quote
TXHORN_ET Posted August 28, 2014 Author Report Posted August 28, 2014 Texas better not look past North Texas or they'll have many many more empty seats next week. As for my earlier post, I wouldn't want to be Lamar heading to Kyle Field for the Aggies home opener whether aTm wins this evening or not. Quote

TXHORN_ET Posted August 28, 2014 Author Report Posted August 28, 2014 Thanks for pointing that out. My attempt at bringing humor evidently has failed once again. Am in hopes that any future posts by me will not reflect upon my being a kindergarten dropout. whatnamecanipick 1 Quote

That's why we have Aggie jokes. Quote

He loses any sense of humor he might have when a post involves anything he considers derogatory to a school he supports. Quote
TxHoops Posted August 28, 2014 Report Posted August 28, 2014 and yet you chose to respond. What grade does that put you in? tu = The University of Texas = pride in my state and school Ah yes, tu. That phrase that is so silly and sophomoric that only Aggies use it. Even those land thieves up north think it is a stupid and juvenile term. Of course, like all things aggy, it is based on their inferiority complex to The University of Texas. Poor Agricultural and Mechanical... Quote

whatnamecanipick Posted August 28, 2014 Report Posted August 28, 2014 So I use Aggie, You want me to use Aggy. I am confused. I thought that Aggie was feminine and plural. I did not go to college for English, but chances are anyone posting on this forum did not either. Quote
OldTimer Posted August 28, 2014 Report Posted August 28, 2014 Texas fans don't mind using anything that demeans Aggie's (Igs, Aggy and Agricultural and Mechanical to name a few) but dare you use any of those type statements - like tu - about Texas be sure to be ready to be called stupid and juvenile. Its ok to defend you school as long as that school is not A&M. Quote

My point was someone ridiculing the OP in this thread as "grade school," while using "tu" in the same sentence. Quote

Its ok to defend you school as long as that school is not A&M. I use Texas A&M - OK I use Aggies - OK Agricultural and Mechanical - is not this the A&M? Defending your school is great and fun. That is why I post. This site is more fun than TexasAgs or Hornfans. I just want the Aggies not to get too euphoric and look at the facts. They have done more for the sec, than the sec has done for them. The success they had in year 1 had zero to do with the sec. This is a critical year for Texas A&M. Quote
OldTimer Posted August 29, 2014 Report Posted August 29, 2014 Yes they are Agricultural and Mechanical - but anything can be used with a sarcastic tone. I am just happy the defense appears better and Hill appears to be the real deal as well. Looks like it might be another good year. Quote
whatnamecanipick Posted August 29, 2014 Report Posted August 29, 2014 The offense looked great last night. The defense is a work in progress. USC is a totally unknown entity at this point in time. Quote
whatnamecanipick Posted August 29, 2014 Report Posted August 29, 2014 Here come the Cardinals It is time to get ready for the next game. Do you thing Coach Sumlin scheduled an early morning practice to start preparations. Quote
