Gabe Posted August 29, 2014 Report Posted August 29, 2014 Heres deal with Kadon, hes got so much time to grow and has the biggest luxury of having two DI starting rbs to take any pressure off him in early part of season. PAM will have him ready through the year. The Titans play North Shore last, a huge advantage to Memorial. North Shore will make Kadon beat them but by then its possible his game will look much different than it does now. Memorial was just on another level last night in all phases. One thing id like to suggest to coaches in this area, if its a lopsided blowout please consider running clock in 4th. Yes that is when backups get some time on field but i know me and few others worried about injuries last night. Theres nothing to really gain out of it besides a player being hurt. Imagine if an Ozen defender rolled up a PAM players knee and hes done for season. Nobody wants that. Run the clock and get it in the books. mighymouse490, SFA85, liltex and 1 other 4 Quote

BMTSoulja1 Posted August 29, 2014 Report Posted August 29, 2014 Congrats on the win, PAM! The favorite part of the game was the Umbrella song the band played! Lol Mr. Buddy Garrity 1 Quote
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted August 29, 2014 Report Posted August 29, 2014 did you notice how he slid into the pocket, looking down field when pressure would come? I also think that the WR's need to continue running their routes. They'll fine tune things though. yea, plenty of times I thought he would scramble but he stayed in there and fired away. Quote
PearOrchardPanther74 Posted August 29, 2014 Report Posted August 29, 2014 You're supposed to play the umbrella song if your team is winning/have won. Smh. Get it together, Blue Wave! Lol.....tough night last night for everyone. We'll get it together. We're young. We'll be back. Quote
BigTicket409 Posted August 29, 2014 Report Posted August 29, 2014 Wow! This was probably the largest loss that Ozen has ever had in their football program. I agree with some of the previous posts. Why would you have a run oriented offense and the offensive line gives no push? Ozen will improve and Memorial will improve, but don't most teams improve from the first game? Quote
SFA85 Posted August 29, 2014 Report Posted August 29, 2014 I know some Ozen fans would rather them run the Spread but it was refreshing not to see bobbled snaps and snaps on the ground like in the last 8 years of Panther football. Oline will be a focal point in the coming weeks unless Coach Suggs has gotten soft..... Mr. Buddy Garrity 1 Quote

Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted August 29, 2014 Report Posted August 29, 2014 I know one thing: Suggs and Company were confused at how to adjust to Memorial's d-line. 85 is right: they gotta shore up that oline, also I counted 41 players for Ozen lastnight: they can't afford injuries like the ones that seemed to occur lastnight. Ozen folks stick with your team, they will be better when district rolls around. BMTSoulja1, Alpha Wolf and PearOrchardPanther74 3 Quote
