thetragichippy Posted August 29, 2014 Report Posted August 29, 2014 Johnson says law enforcement told him that Brown’s juvenile arrest record contains a second-degree murder charge and information linking him to the notorious Crips street gang. This will be interesting if true..... Read more: http://youngcons.com/explosive-new-lawsuit-filed-in-st-louis-claims-michael-brown-was-a-suspect-for-second-degree/#ixzz3BjjPQCwO Quote

tvc184 Posted August 29, 2014 Report Posted August 29, 2014 A big if......I'm curious when the police will release what information they have. A lot goes by state law. There is a good chance that such a record may be sealed, if such a record even exists. I think that some people calling for a juvenile's record to be released might not be aware that a state's laws may prohibit such an action. No matter how much sense it may make to some people that say, "what is to lose now", the law will dictate the outcome. If the state law does not prohibit a release of records, it will almost have to be released under freedom of information. I am leaning toward the law prohibiting it but have no clue. thetragichippy 1 Quote

tvc184 Posted September 3, 2014 Report Posted September 3, 2014 The funeral is over, the riots and protests have stopped and now we anxiously await the outcome of state and federal investigations. What else do you want at this moment in time? Mr. Buddy Garrity 1 Quote
