According to reports he was fine during the game and the symptoms came on later. He was taking a risk playing already, I wonder if doctors will ever let him back on the field.

Ash needs to walk away from football. He is in danger of serious medical conditions for the rest of his life. The university needs to protect him and themselves

I knew this would happen just not this early.

Ash never should have been on the field this year.  The success of Texas's season has been based upon Ash being healthy, which was a huge gamble.  Now to hand it over to an unproven QB at this point could spell trouble for the Horns.  On the optimistic side, BYU will now have to prepare for Swoops, so their defensive game plan will have to change.  That 3.5 point spread is about to go the other way.

If the defense plays as well as they did, they will be ok. Not 10-2 ok, but 7-5 ok.

Once again, there was a reason they retired Coach Brown.

He was never a 5 star recruit.

 

But do not put all of you cherries in the basket yet, because we have Holtz, who you have recently pointed out was playing better than Swoopes and Heard.HOOKEM

 

 Someday, after spending some time on the mountain, you will figure it out.
