Bow season

I would think that would be a fun sight to behold. I have never seen anything like that before. Guess I sleep too much. The loud snoring probably doesn't help either.

after a 2 month drought of no does I ve had a family the last 4 days along with a big body 8pt.  entering and exiting to my advantage.....yahoooooo

 

also haven't had any coyotes in a week

Well,i did shoot a doe this weekend and my son shot a hog.  Had a 30" axis at 15 yards but he heard me when I drew and stopped in the brush.  Wanted him bad.

not sure what that second one is....looks like nontypical with 5 on one side and the other side not real sure.

Those are some big body bucks.  It looks like the brow tine on the first buck is already broke off.  I wouldn't think they are fighting that bad yet.  Second buck must have got injured last year to have the side all jacked up.  Neat rack though.

my thoughts exactly....maybe injured during velvet????  hopefully it stays cool like this so I can bow hunt without the mosquitos and the sweat.

Perfect morning in the stand. I saw a small buck. My hunting partner shot a nice sow. Got pics of new bucks. Full moon and colder weather has them on their feet. Good luck!

I'll be headed to Del Rio the day after Christmas to bowhunt Amistad NRA for 4 days.  Can't wait as I haven't been able to bowhunt at all this year due to my daughters soccer season...
