venom33 Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 GREAT win!!!! This test will serve us well on our way to state! I hope the right decision is made next week at qb! Quote
jordibug15 Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 Well... What'd you think RaiderGirl? Still trying to figure out some calls the refs made. Like the pass interference in the end zone against WOS in the 1st half and only marked off 5/10 yards but the same exact play and they put the ball at the 2 for WOS.... Both teams played their hearts out and was a fun game to watch Quote
Gasilla Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 Worst game i have seen with refs. It is a shame they are going to make sure and influence.this game. Suck it up, we did last yr marshman, venom33 and NDOMAKONG 3 Quote
NDOMAKONG Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 PI was likely half the distance if it was in the endzone... Both times Quote

PN-G bamatex Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 Can someone explain the ineligible receiver call? That one wasn't making a whole lot of sense over the radio. And did the ref actually call off sides against PN-G and move the ball back against the Mustangs? Quote
NDOMAKONG Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 Here it comes, the avalanche of excuses Quote
wo-s#1 Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 All jabs aside, sounds like this was a great game for both teams to build on. These kind of games usually help come playoff time.great post nothing but truth two fantastic ball clubs gettin after it venom33 1 Quote

The refs took forever to even figure anything out on that one Quote
NDOMAKONG Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 the one against wos was in the end zone So half the distance makes perfect sense. Keeter 1 Quote
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 Welp I said OT would decide it. Lol. I picked the wrong team. skipper 1 Quote
prepballfan Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 Congrats WOS on a fine win against my Indians. Now when was the last time a visiting team had 24 penalties against them. There were alot of mistakes made on both sides of the ball tonight by the officiating.WOw Just WOW thats all i can say. Great game WOS Gasilla 1 Quote
PNGFan Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 Thompson out coached Faircloth the 2nd half. venom33, CAL2TEX, Gasilla and 1 other 4 Quote
jordibug15 Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 And when I'm talking about the refs I'm not just saying against one team. I'm talking about both teams Gasilla, NDN06 and venom33 3 Quote
NDOMAKONG Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 Heard Nederland had over 20 penalties as well... At home Quote
prepballfan Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 Something I have truely never seen. Even with that we shoud have won hats off to WOS Quote
VNUPE Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 The key to the win was WOS took its best defender and put him on your best receiver. DT shut him down and made your quarterback look for other options. Tyler Dixson, Gasilla and AthleticSupporter - Jock 3 Quote
Indianforever Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 I hope y'all's quarterback gets better...WOS is a team to be reckoned with...lots of speed great win guys! Gasilla 1 Quote
stangx2 Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 I agree with one thing..it was the worst officiated game since last year at the reservation. Bad calls all the way around on both sides. WOS sucked it up and won with a kid who hadn't played qb EVER in a varsity game and probably not since freshman year maybe longer. When is the last time the Mustangs won a game with the ground game. Great game by two great teams. PNG is very good, we kinda slowed them down with our pass rush in the second half and they had to keep the back into block. Great QB PNG has, they should win that district in my mind this year. You just don't come from 2 TD's behind and beat a team like PNG, proud of the heart we showed tonight. Never underestimate the heart of a champion. Good luck Indians the rest of the way. NDNation, shovel, skipper and 3 others 6 Quote
CAL2TEX Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 Congrats WO-S on the win. You made adjustments in the second half and came away with the win. Best of luck throughout the rest of the season. Quote
HFfan5 Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 As a football fan with no affiliation to either team WOS was the better football team. Ran pretty much the same 4 or 5 plays the whole second half and there wasn't a thing PNG could do about it. Hats off to number 18 who came in and played exceptionally behind center way to step up the plate young man. Morse is the real deal big kid with a big arm just didn't have anytime to make his reads in the second half. The d line and wos linebackers kept him very uncomfortable. Was a awesome game to watch! Gasilla 1 Quote
skipper Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 Ref's are clowns. I was looking forward to see Thompson at the next level, but I've lost all respect for him with his dirty play and constant taunting. do what dirty play he is sill the best we saw png would not go his way Quote
biaplayer Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 Lol I got something you can choke on buddy. Yall praising your coach please praise the refs, they were brutal. Wos defense came out and played outstanding defense in second half. We torched them for 300 yards in first half only to get maybe 14 yards in second half. Like I said ain't gonna badmouth WOS, the Defense was there in second half. My opinion on your 4th string qb should be starter looked more sthletic than the sophomore. Our defense couldn't stop the run to save our life, spent whole 4th quarter on the field. They gave it their all just wasn't enough. Hats off to the stangs they came to play in second half, very impressive. Congrats and good luck on the rest of the season. venom33 and skipper 2 Quote
