I heard part of the e-mail on the radio this morning on the way to work. I haven't read  the text and dont know the whole story, so I'm not sure what to make of it. Buddy, you seem to be following this; What are your thoughts on the matter?

I think the owner was right in self-reporting but to me his email wasn't racist. I kinda think he was told by higher authority to do this.

Marketing people study and decipher demographic data every day. Every company has a "target audience". If you saw these discussions on paper it would probably look racist.
