I sat there in Nederland and watched players talk to Stew and not say a word to Hancock all game long. That tells me alot.

The same thing than any AD's job entails. And it's not roaming the sidelines talking to coaches and interacting with players during game time.

How do you know it's the same thing as any AD job entails?? Have you read Stewarts contract?

Well, maybe tje great Stewart made a mistake and brought in the wrong guy. Easy solution. When the season ends, then bring in the right guy that the kids will listen to and respect as if they were himself (Stewart)

It's really common sense... if the 'Distraction' is eliminated, then the kids can focus on what the actual hired coach instructs them to do amd have them focused on what he only tells them.

Well I don't know in Dayt case,but may [email protected] very well may be the least underpaid school coaching staff in a 5a class.Last ath budget increase was before 1999 w/a 1 yr 10% cut.Good Lawd Liv paying 2,1 running his contract down@ the bus barn.Look elsewhere to point

I ask this because I do not know and to your comment about the underpaid Dayton coaching staff. Seems an AD/HC combo could help in paying the assistants more money.
