Guest Farmer Fran Posted September 13, 2014 Report Posted September 13, 2014 Love the Tigers, but WOS should win this one. 31-14 Quote
AggiesAreWe Posted September 13, 2014 Report Posted September 13, 2014 Silsbee made some strides last night, but not going to be enough. Mustangs win this one, 35-10 Quote
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted September 13, 2014 Report Posted September 13, 2014 38-10 WOS Who will be the QB? Quote
griff Posted September 13, 2014 Report Posted September 13, 2014 If Jack Dallas is 100%, he'll start. Quote

WOSgrad Posted September 13, 2014 Report Posted September 13, 2014 The Silsbee/WO-S game, with very few exceptions has been a pretty close and this one should be no different. WO-S by 6 SteelerCzy 1 Quote
texas13 Posted September 13, 2014 Report Posted September 13, 2014 Silsbee will hang tough after a strong performance against Livingston Quote

One4All Posted September 13, 2014 Report Posted September 13, 2014 The Silsbee/WO-S game, with very few exceptions has been a pretty close and this one should be no different. WO-S by 6 Was not close last yr sir Quote
ST413 Posted September 13, 2014 Report Posted September 13, 2014 No last year wasn't close and the Tigers were supposed to be the favorites. This year the Tigers are definately the underdog. That defense will once again be more than enough to handle the Tigers. Too many young players facing that defense. As far as WOS offense, it looks like they are doing just fine even with being down to their third or fourth qb. I haven't really seen any offensive stats for the mustangs. If the Tigers do a reasonable job against the run they may be able to keep the score respectable. Now in saying that remember I haven't seen any stats so I don't know how strong the passing game has been. It will be fun to watch that position for both of these teams. Quote
wo-s#1 Posted September 13, 2014 Report Posted September 13, 2014 ??? Lollol I was still asleep I guess but the stangs will have it their way Quote
WOSgrad Posted September 13, 2014 Report Posted September 13, 2014 Was not close last yr sir I guess you you didn't see the "with few exceptions." Either that or you had Ms. Bahm for English. Quote
MrUmp1 Posted September 13, 2014 Report Posted September 13, 2014 Silsbee made some strides last night, but not going to be enough. Mustangs win this one, 35-10 Mustangs 25-19 in OT tied 19-19 after regulation. ( I'm trying to win smart azz of the year award ) Cya friday my friend. Quote
stangx2 Posted September 13, 2014 Report Posted September 13, 2014 Stangs by at least two TD's. Silsbee is not as good as last year and WOS may be better overall. Quote
Guest Farmer Fran Posted September 14, 2014 Report Posted September 14, 2014 WOS 42 Silsbee 13It's not any fun when the team WOS is playing this week will not even pick their own team to win. Is it Chuk?? Lol Unlike some other teams fans, we are realist..lol BADSANTA 1 Quote
chukslegacy Posted September 14, 2014 Report Posted September 14, 2014 Fran. Do think it's over the top! Maybe, but realistically I can't see any teams playing WOS close in preseason or district. I would even go out on a limb and say WOS JV squad would beat most teams varsity on schedule with the exception of PNG and maybe one more! Gladtobehere and skipper 2 Quote
griff Posted September 14, 2014 Report Posted September 14, 2014 Chuck, on any given Friday...just sayin'... That's one reason why I never make (public) predictions involving our team. That's just me. Quote

WO-S JV does not beat Silsbee, Jasper, LC-M, PN-G, Richmond Foster, HJ, and a couple of other varsity squads on their schedule. Let's just end that discussion right now. Gasilla, MrUmp1 and AthleticSupporter - Jock 3 Quote
texas13 Posted September 14, 2014 Report Posted September 14, 2014 Silsbee comes in and plays tough down to the wire. Partain throws a td to win it. 28-24 tigers Quote
