lapoint Posted September 22, 2014 Report Posted September 22, 2014 There might be a bigger streak on the line for Nederland this season (other than 0-3 and the district win streak), it is the streak against PNG. Nederland has twice beat PNG 4 seasons in a row, 1954-1957 seasons and 2010-2013 seasons. If NED pulls it out this year, it would be a 5 game win streak vs PNG, which has NEVER happened for NED, (we know about the other guys). Nothing ahead of any other game, JUST food for thought. Quote
prepballfan Posted September 22, 2014 Report Posted September 22, 2014 This is not the Hardin Jefferson vs WOS thread............lol Quote

Bigcam2903 Posted September 22, 2014 Report Posted September 22, 2014 Here we go!!! Lol This is such a great rivalry, lots of trash talk, but respect after the game is played. I'll be able to attend one of these games once my boys graduate, we're always playing the same night. Those Indians are looking very good, but all bets are off in a rivalry Quote
ndnsrock44 Posted September 22, 2014 Report Posted September 22, 2014 LOL. Get your act together over there, we want a good game. I don't. I want a good old fashioned curb stomping!! :D Mr. Buddy Garrity, NDNation and PNG Proud 3 Quote

CS. Posted September 22, 2014 Report Posted September 22, 2014 It's PNG's game to lose this year. Like the above poster said, all bets are off in a rivalry game. It's a little early to start this thread but what the heck.... PNG 44 Nederland 17 Quote
akifan94 Posted September 22, 2014 Report Posted September 22, 2014 I am worried about Neumann doing some tweak he hasn't used all year on us similar to the Sonnier kid running the wildcat all over us a few years ago. It is a game we should win but I am on a believe it when I see it approach. Quote
robanadana Posted September 22, 2014 Report Posted September 22, 2014 Nederville needs to worry about getting out of the Boneyard alive this Friday and not think about the purple indians. prepballfan, Mr. Buddy Garrity, liltex and 1 other 4 Quote

They got a better chance to beat png than making it out of the boneyard without a p branded to there arms and there tails tucked between there legs rob. Quote

I know you are a big fan of your pirates but for you to say Nederland has a better chance of beating PNG rather than vidor is ludicrous you will find out when the pirates meet up with the Indians goldenlady and PNG Proud 2 Quote

Vidor has shown growth this year. I don't care who they play, Vidor looks like they aren't taking a backseat to anyone. Dogs will have to put them away early to have a chance in Vidor Vidor 28-24 Quote

PNGFan Posted September 22, 2014 Report Posted September 22, 2014 Not worried about Nederland until the week of the game. Too much work to do before then. One game at a time!!!!! prepballfan 1 Quote
Proud Dawg Posted September 22, 2014 Report Posted September 22, 2014 It is way too early to talk about PNG. Plenty can happen between now and then. It is funny though that they are already talking trash. One thing for sure, nederland will adapt to what they have to work with year in and year out.just like when Sonnier ran wild on them, PNG didn't make an adjustment at all to stop it. This shows some issue in my view Quote

NDNation Posted September 23, 2014 Report Posted September 23, 2014 You're either going to be stuffed full of hamburgers or starvin marvin. If I'm going to bet, it's going to involve PNG. Quote
