The Hamburger Depot/SETXsports High School Sports Show will be LIVE Tuesday 6pm, at the Hamburger Depot location on Nederland Ave. in Nederland. Come join Mike Sanchez, Todd Broussard and all the gang as we review week 4, discuss our week 5 SETXsports rankings, announce our SETXsports week 4 players of the week, preview week 5 schedule of games and in final segment discuss your questions and comments that you post here on this thread.

 

Our show will be from 6pm-9pm.

Put up or shut up season starts this week now for every team.




On paper right now who wins 21-6a, 22-5a, and 21-5a?

That's a dang good question this yr,in our dist 21-5a Crosby goes to CE King wk #10 final dist game.Thing is in a cpl wks we'll know who the 4 teams probably gonna be for Wk#11 from 21-5a

**Tot offense=4,323 yds**Won bi-dist 31-0 over Liv & lost 2nd rd Elgin 45-21  ** Coach=Current  **Talent???????????lately*** Calling for change :rolleyes:

Some have indicated such,but we have talent,we fine special teams/kicking keeping us in games many recent yrs we may lose,we ain't what we was but the build blocks have been set.Our 18 season playoff streak has recent been in jeopardy.HC position is still new to him,has he made some mistakes=yes,can he be like Stewart=NO.He's gotta be himself & lead by example,can't get caught up in politics,gotta play the talent you've got.Stable is full of kids that can play.When the players head leads the body(they ain't AJ,Cody etc etc.) it usually doesn't reflect their strengths.Straight up kids have came out to play games w/o emotions.Whatever transpired over a week of practice"Dayt came out of locker room in the rain ready to get after it vs BH.Stewart hand picked HC,I trust his judgement he's earned all the support he should be due=changing atheletics@ Dayt during yrs of non atheletic budget increases.JV team playing w/swagger,Bronco varsity kids got some head stuff,lazyness to get past=None of Them work even part time for a job=no excuses.Kiddos nowadays have been given so much they have become soft,they quit rather easily
