The little piece of crap should be expelled for one full calendar year and have no chance of making up the missed work.  This attack should be put in his file and follow him to every school that he attends if he should move.  No school should allow him to enroll until he has served his full, one year suspension.  Then criminal charges should be filed.  There is no reason why a school employee should have to put up with this.

I found it interesting that the teacher had previous problems with the same student.





Also this seems to be a re-occuring theme in Spring high schools with violent incidents.

This is actually one thing I would agree on a ZERO policy on......

send him to jail. period. don't let him plead it way down to some weak misdemeanor and probation. let him at least serve a couple of months. it's a life lesson he needs now. the kind of kid who would do something like this to a teacher is the same kind of kid who would shoot a clerk during a robbery (just my opinion). He has no respect for other people.

in hindsight should ve just let the kid walk out and not take the test.....  let him take the 0 and be on your day.
