Moving the starting QB Deffinately benifitted us. Kville D is going to put pressure on and #1 was mobile enough to make you pay for comming after him. He could keep things going and then burn you downfield. What ever justification was used to pull him was just wrong. He was no threat out wide because he was never going to see the ball. Poor use of a great asset.

So do you think if the Lions had continued to do the same things they would have won?? I'm just a bystander but I believe the Lions would have gotten beat had they continued doing the same things. If I had to guess and it would be a guess I would say the wrist injury from the week before became a factor.

I'm not saying they would have won. Who knows? I will say plenty of fans were glad to see him out. Take that for what it's worth.
Something most people wouldn't notice is the Koutze linemen. They are BIG! But most going both ways and not in shape to do it. They looked gassed by halftime and once they were tired nothing went well for the Lions.

I wasn't commenting specifically to you or trolling. Just trying to interject an opinion, which evidently isn't popular. But hey it's what I do. So here's another one, possibly Kountze's best player , who happens to be the QB , has an injured wrist but he can run like the wind. Split him out and send him deep, he can at least spread the defense and still contribute. Like I said this is all opinion but I can't see a coach intentionally taking his best player out the game plan.

if he had an injured wrist you couldn't tell.   He was slinging across his body going in the opposite direction 50 yards down field a perfect spiral....just saying!
