PNGFan Posted September 30, 2014 Report Posted September 30, 2014 One game at a time, and take no opponent for granted. Some of our fan's get big headed and think we're going to destroy everyone we play. Anyone can be beaten on any given night. GCM is no different. comanchero, prepballfan and biaplayer 3 Quote
biaplayer Posted September 30, 2014 Report Posted September 30, 2014 From what I hear goose creek runs a lot of option, supposedly #7 is a beast. Will be good to see if we can contain him. We don't have the fastest players on defense but they hustle and get to the ball. I like the way they bend but don't break. They give up a big play here and there but for the most part are getting the job done! Really can't ask for much more than that. Quote
Indianforever Posted September 30, 2014 Author Report Posted September 30, 2014 GCM by 8 GCM is going to have to score a lot of points for that to happen Quote
bmtqj33 Posted September 30, 2014 Report Posted September 30, 2014 GCM is going to have to score a lot of points for that to happenThey have a couple of threats to do it. Quote
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted September 30, 2014 Report Posted September 30, 2014 Dont kick to number 7, contain the QB, and wrap up on the tackles. GCM will coach their way out of this game early. bmtqj33 1 Quote
liltex Posted September 30, 2014 Report Posted September 30, 2014 This game could be close if GCM 8/8 fumbles last 3 games(no turnovers)& Pats pound the rock(46/367 rush vs Central)Pat's avg 7 ypc last 3 games.Goose has good special teams play.Purple by 10 Quote
NDN06 Posted September 30, 2014 Report Posted September 30, 2014 I am excited to see the PNG defense work against this team. It's obvious we have improved on that side of the ball from past years, but I feel their only real test this year has been WOS. I think this will be a good game for them. I'm going to say no blowout, but Indians win by 14. biaplayer 1 Quote
PrepSports2014 Posted September 30, 2014 Report Posted September 30, 2014 My last question I have for PNG is if they can stop an extremely talented running game that likes to pound the ball off tackles. The way WOS ran on them left me suspicious in that department. Other than that PNG is very good all the way around. I think this game may be a little closer than most are thinking. Only time will tell. Quote
stangx2 Posted September 30, 2014 Report Posted September 30, 2014 Going with the Indians in this one. Go, PNG! prepballfan 1 Quote
Indianforever Posted September 30, 2014 Author Report Posted September 30, 2014 Chapel hills running backs were very good and fast and PNG shut them down...they are getting better every week Quote
outanup Posted September 30, 2014 Report Posted September 30, 2014 Going with PNG also, plenty of offense..... Quote
biaplayer Posted October 1, 2014 Report Posted October 1, 2014 they do bend but don't break. but im sure anything can happen if they miss an assignment, but if you don't have a passing game it could be tough. I like the match up as it will be a good test for our defense. they may move the ball they may not, but I just don't think their defense can stop our offense. Quote
BMTSoulja1 Posted October 1, 2014 Report Posted October 1, 2014 Trust me, Man. This won't be the team that'll be stopping ypur offensive. Lol Quote
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted October 1, 2014 Report Posted October 1, 2014 Lots of talk about McZeal today. Nothing but great things. Quote
