Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted October 12, 2014 Report Posted October 12, 2014 @CollegeHoopNews: Texas A&M just isn't as good as we thought. The South Carolina game was false advertising. #TexasAM Quote
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted October 12, 2014 Report Posted October 12, 2014 You Ags are so lucky my Hogs beat themselves or yall record in the SEC right now would really suck, especially with all those 4 and 5 star recruits yall have running amuck. ;) baddog, PNGFan and TxHoops 3 Quote
TXHORN_ET Posted October 12, 2014 Report Posted October 12, 2014 Took them 7 weeks to decide South Carolina wasn't (isn't) very good? Looks like good scheduling got the aggies to the magical 6. There will be several more 'WHOOP'ings before this season is over. I forgot, this is the sec west we're talking about. My bad! Quote
TxHoops Posted October 12, 2014 Report Posted October 12, 2014 You can't continue to ride this wave in mediocrity. You can't push the SEC if you are a pretender in the conference. The biggest problem I see is still a defense that has no chance against anyone who is remotely potent on offense. You can't ask your offense to be perfect every game. Snyder has to go. We have joked about Mushchamp but I would hit him as hard as I could with the money stick in the offseason. He's been a disaster as a HC but the man can coach a defense. Ags have to get this fixed and fast. Otherwise they are going to be back where they were before, wondering where it all went wrong. #realtalk baddog and Mr. Buddy Garrity 2 Quote
baddog Posted October 12, 2014 Report Posted October 12, 2014 The SC game had me convinced that the Ags were for real and may run the table. Seasons such as this are why I hate smack talk, bragging on recruits, and attendance records. TxHoops and whatnamecanipick 2 Quote
whatnamecanipick Posted October 12, 2014 Report Posted October 12, 2014 The receivers caught the balls much better tonight. The Flashy uniforms they wore against the Bulldogs were making it very difficult to see the ball. Did you see Trills interview after the game? [sharedmedia=core:attachments:160] Quote

TXHORN_ET Posted October 12, 2014 Report Posted October 12, 2014 A couple of late meaningless touchdowns sure made the game look a lot closer. With the bama game coming up soon, it could be more of the same. Saban looked mighty ticked off at kiffin yesterday and I believe he's gonna take back control of his team. This won't be good for aggie. whatnamecanipick 1 Quote

Big girl Posted October 12, 2014 Report Posted October 12, 2014 I feel bad for kenny. He is only a freshman, the media hyped him up by giving him that stupid thrill name too early and now they are tearing him down. He has several years to improve. Quote

whatnamecanipick Posted October 12, 2014 Report Posted October 12, 2014 99 yard TD drive. I'm about to switch to hard liquor 14-0 Ole Miss Now that is a record that can never be broken. A 99 yard TD drive cannot be broken, only tied. It will last longer than the 110,000 attendance record, guaranteed. Proud for both teams accomplishments. OldTimer Posted October 13, 2014 Report Posted October 13, 2014 Same stuff from A&M - meaningless TD's late to make the game look closer than it was. I think the OC should be fired - they did not throw downfield until they were down by 21 (same thing as Miss State) - then they did have some success. A&M has not looked that good against strong defenses - could be a long rest of the season. Quote
Eazy Posted October 13, 2014 Report Posted October 13, 2014 Ags usually go right down the field and score on the 1st drive. Instead, we got a 3 and out. Bad feeling after that. Ole Miss defense is awesome though Quote
TXHORN_ET Posted October 13, 2014 Report Posted October 13, 2014 Isn't he the same offensive coordinator that has helped them win 6 games? He's not the one blocking, running, or missing passes. The aggies made the plays in their winning streak. Now they're not. Footsteps maybe? Quote

The aggies made the plays in their winning streak. Now they're not. Footsteps maybe? But go watch the early games specially the SC and Arkansas - they did not constantly throw the side screens or the receiver screens - they threw the ball down field to the wide receivers. In the 2 big losses it just appeared to me that early in those games he was scared to throw the ball down field. Should the OC be fired = NO but it is very aggravating. Quote
TXHORN_ET Posted October 14, 2014 Report Posted October 14, 2014 #23 sure seems to drop wide open passes his way..or at least in the last two games. He's not the only one, but if they start catching some of those passes, well it sure would at least give the team a better chance of winning. Quote
