BigTicket409 Posted October 8, 2014 Report Posted October 8, 2014 Devwah Whaley, RB, of Beaumont Central has 13 offers as a junior. I believe 4 of the offers are from the SEC. Quote
AggiesAreWe Posted October 8, 2014 Report Posted October 8, 2014 The top rated recruit right now is 2016 class OL Patrick Hudson of Silsbee. He is currently the #2 OL recruit in the state, #4 OL recruit in the nation and #19 overall (all positions) in the nation. Only recruit locally that is close to him is 2015 class DB Deonte Thompson of WO-S. Hudson has 20+ offers from all the big schools. He is currently a verbal commit to Baylor. Thompson is verbally committed to Alabama. Quote

Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted October 8, 2014 Report Posted October 8, 2014 Corey Dauphine - memorial sr (texas tech commit) Kam Martin - memorial jr (baylor commit) Jacorie Jones and CJ Levine - memorial sr's (ut-sa commits) I wouldn't be surprised if McClain picks up a few offers as well. Quote

Guest Posted October 9, 2014 Report Posted October 9, 2014 He can play both at baylor Mr. Buddy Garrity 1 Quote
oldschool2 Posted October 9, 2014 Report Posted October 9, 2014 He can play both at baylor Great player in bball. But I think his size will be an issue for big time ball. guards in big time D1 schools are in the 6'2+ range. I played bball at a mid major and played behind a 6'7 3 gaurd for 3 years. He's fast enough to play football tho. My opinion. AthleticSupporter - Jock 1 Quote
AggiesAreWe Posted October 9, 2014 Report Posted October 9, 2014 Football, not basketball, is Arnold's ticket to big DI college ball. He could play basketball at some smaller universities, but not Baylor. Quote
