I thought liberals were big on separation of church and state.  Oh yeah, hypocrisy.  Heck of a thing!  She's an idiot.  I hope Houston admits their mistake and takes care of it next election.

I wonder under what authority/court they are getting the subpoenas? Subpoenas aren't really hard to get but there has to be some kind of claim of a tort or criminal act. 

 

In this case, what is the claimed act?
