bullets13 Posted October 15, 2014 Report Posted October 15, 2014 he may have offered the lowest bid, but he'd have to work for BISD for probably 30 years at the lowest bid for us to ever break even from all the money he stole the first time. Quote
NorthoftheBorder Posted October 17, 2014 Report Posted October 17, 2014 I guess on the profit margins he has made in the last 8-10 years, he can afford to bid cheap!!! Quote
stevenash Posted October 17, 2014 Report Posted October 17, 2014 Offering the lowest bid is simply a way to "buy" the business. Once someone gets "back in", its not that difficult ( as previously demonstrated) to recoup whatever you gave up on the first bid. Quote

Once someone gets "back in", its not that difficult ( as previously demonstrated) to recoup whatever you gave up on the first bid. Or underbid with the intention of recouping the difference on overages due to "unforeseen circumstances." I would think that would have been easy to do with the formerly complicit board. Quote
