Every team left of their schedule has a winning record. FSU will be heavy favorites in all of the games, but the teams left aren't terrible. Maybe FSU will slip up in one of these games.


This season is shaping up to be worst case scenario for the Selection Commitee. It looks like there will be a whole bunch of 1 and 2 loss teams and not many undefeated teams. Should make for interesting conversation.

At this point FSU will have to lose twice to not get in IMO. And as defending champion, rightfully so. The best football I have seen this year has been fsu and nd.

So you think that if Marshall is the lone unbeaten, they will get in the playoffs.

 

JMO, but no. The four best teams will get in. Marshall will not be one of the four best teams regardless of their record.

No marshall won't get in. If 4 power 5 teams are unbeaten they would have gotten in. No way an unbeaten Big 12 or Big 10 team gets left out for a second SEC or Pac 12 team with 1 loss.

ND got hosed. They ran the same play earlier and the penalty was not called. Right or wrong, if it's not a penalty then, don't call it with the game on the line.

Jimbo said after the game that he was all over the refs after they missed the first call. Looks like getting after the refs works sometimes.

Toughest tests will likely be the road games against Louisville and Miami. Both of those teams have bye weeks prior to playing Florida St. Still seems unlikely.
