Blacks: Obama is abusing us. Really, because that is not how I feel nor my friends. Those guy have a right to their opinions, but they don't speak for all blacks. Why do you guys get so excited when you hear a black person say thinks like that? White people talked bad about Bush, did you all make a big deal about that?

Dems are playing the black population like a fiddle and the majority are taking it hook line and sinker! Anyone that thinks the dems care any more about them than the reps. should wake up they only use these tactics to remain in power and line their pockets while poverty rates continues to rise!

Why do you and many others get so offended?

If I were discussing a group of 10 white people taking a college course and 6 of them were failing the class while all other races (color of people) were passing the class....and I said, White people are struggling more than any other race....I'd doubt seriously the 4 passing would complain about the context in which I spoke....but YOU in particularly (and at least the vocal blacks) would be all over me....for generalization or grouping, or ...whatever silliness you spew......defending that 4 were passing and that's not a fair statement.........

You're right.....as I don't speak for all whites....

but maybe he was asking YOUR opinion......

If you would try and have a discussion with someone that does not look like you, you just might learn something. I'm not sure who taught you how to discuss a subject, but if I were interviewing you and asked:

Me: Why do you and many others get so offended?

and you answered:  those guys dont speak for all blacks. Period. Lol

I would think you're under the influence of something or could not understand simple English.

There is a reason several posters(usually including me) will not respond to you. We want a discussion.

I am not offended, because they have a right to their opinion. How would I know why some blacks get offended, you need to ask them.Your question was stupid as hell, ask a more intelligent question and I might answer it. Asking me why someone else feels a certain way is dumb, you should ask them.

CONDI RICE: Dem racial attacks 'appalling'...

http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/223161-dems-midterm-racial-attacks-appalling-rice-says

“The idea that you would play such a card and try fearmongering among minorities just because you disagree with Republicans, that they are somehow all racists, I find it appalling. I find it insulting,” she said on Fox News.

“We are not race blind. Of course we still have racial tensions in this country. But the United States of America has made enormous progress in race relations and it is still the best place on Earth to be a minority,” Rice said.

    • “BC kept it interesting as they should have” most people said this team was gonna get demolished by Pine Tree. BC put up more points on #7 Pine Tree than all but 1 team this season. That’s more than Kilgore, Gilmer, Lindale, Henderson, and Chapel Hill scored. That’s impressive company and something BC can hang their hat on looking forward to next year.  I expect BC to get a lot better this offseason with some much needed continuity with the new coordinators and head coach. BC and Huffman represented the district and SETX well. The other two got skull drug. One was justifiable considering they had Kilgore on the road.
    • Maybe that is correct but maybe not.  It all comes down to the center…. or maybe even the right side of the aisle. If something like that was allowed to go forward (won’t happen) “most” Republicans are not gonna vote Democrat because there’s a Bible of the classroom. Most Democrats are not going to all of a sudden vote Republican because there’s a Bible in the classroom even if they are Christian and agree with it. It’s probably almost a non-issue for them. How much will the center be offended by such a law dictating Christianity in the classroom? Perhaps enough to throw an election? Perhaps joined by some Republican Christians?  Don’t believe it? In Santa Fe ISD v. Doe, the Supreme Court threw out a pre-game prayer over public address system. In that case so as to attempt to make it constitutional, the school district completely backed out of the process. The students were allowed to vote whether they wanted a public address with a prayer. If so, they were allowed to choose their own student representative who would deliver the prayer and what that prayer would be. So in that case, it was completely voluntary by students who are absolutely allowed to pray at school by the Constitution. Since there was no school input at all, they felt that it would pass a constitutional challenge.  But no, someone was offended. It was the atheists, right!? Nope.  Then it had to be the Muslims who were offended by something like Christian!! Wrong again. It was a Catholics and Mormon who filed the federal lawsuit. So you had two Christians filing on an almost certainly Christian prayers over the public address system although it was supposed to be non-denominational.  The Supreme Court ruled that such a prayer was a violation of the Constitution. Because it was at a public school event, on public school property and over a publicly owned PA system, it violated the First Amendment. This isn’t to try to re-litigate the case but just to show that it was two Christians who ended school prayer before football games over the PA system. It wasn’t the evil atheists or someone from an opposing non-Christian religion. So I’m not really sure how a person can claim for that it won’t make no difference. When they put the Bible in the classroom, is it going to be the King James Bible or the Catholic Bible? Don’t be so sure that the opposition won’t be a Christian religion against another Christian religion. Like a bumper sticker that I saw once, my Jesus is better than your Jesus.
