cowboysfan88 Posted April 9, 2015 Report Posted April 9, 2015 This has been something that has been in the back of my mind for awhile, but there is no way the 2014-15 Houston Rockets advance out of the first round in the NBA Playoffs. depends on who they play Quote
cowboysfan88 Posted April 9, 2015 Report Posted April 9, 2015 The rockets need to take DH off minutes restriction its not helping the team going into the playoffs the team keep saying they need to find a rhythm but how can you when you got your best player gets most of his points from fts and your 2nd best is on the court for 20 minutes a game and no other big man than DH they better hope they win the 2nd seed in the west or it might be a sweep in the 1st round Quote
king Posted April 10, 2015 Author Report Posted April 10, 2015 Spurs vs Rockets in Houston tonight Quote
cowboysfan88 Posted April 10, 2015 Report Posted April 10, 2015 Spurs vs Rockets in Houston tonight I will be there live Quote
king Posted April 10, 2015 Author Report Posted April 10, 2015 if they dont show up tonighy i have doubts about them going anywhere in the play-offs. Parker should NOT be getting all those easy lay-ups, nor Leonard easy floaters in the lane. Quote
cowboysfan88 Posted April 11, 2015 Report Posted April 11, 2015 It is live in here feels like a playoff game Quote
HurricaneCal Posted April 11, 2015 Report Posted April 11, 2015 If they lose tonight, could slip to a 5 or even a 6 seed. Quote
cowboysfan88 Posted April 11, 2015 Report Posted April 11, 2015 Even tho the rockets got robbed at the end of the game they did give this game a way Quote
king Posted April 11, 2015 Author Report Posted April 11, 2015 That was a foul!!we got robbed!!! Quote
cowboysfan88 Posted April 11, 2015 Report Posted April 11, 2015 That was a foul!!we got robbed!!! yeah they did but how many fts they missed and lay ups Quote
king Posted April 11, 2015 Author Report Posted April 11, 2015 Why the hell didn't mcHale take out smith when he was shooting free throws like crap. You would think that after 5-8 minutes of intentional fouling; common sense would kick in and take him out!!Dwight is getting outworked. Coaching also kicked our arse and this is what will happen in the playoffs Quote
king Posted April 11, 2015 Author Report Posted April 11, 2015 That call was bs at the end of the game, but the moral of the story is. Can't make free throws, to many turnovers, and kevin McHale don't know how to coach Quote
cowboysfan88 Posted April 11, 2015 Report Posted April 11, 2015 Rockets lost home court tonight cuz they got out coached, there best player didn't show up in the last 2 games,no inside player except DH that only plays 20 mins a game, missed lay ups and free throws Quote
king Posted April 11, 2015 Author Report Posted April 11, 2015 Pelicans Hornets Jazz Last 3 games of the season. how important are they?? Quote
HurricaneCal Posted April 11, 2015 Report Posted April 11, 2015 Pelicans Hornets Jazz Last 3 games of the season. how important are they?? Lose the tie breaker with the Spurs and Grizzlies I don't know about the Clippers. But if you end up in the 4,5 game that's no Bueno. Doesn't matter because they've got the worst point guard play in the west and the weakest coach in the playoffs. Bad combo! Quote

HurricaneCal Posted April 11, 2015 Report Posted April 11, 2015 its more than the coach and the point guard play with this team Up until yesterday they were the 2 seed in a loaded western conference. The problem in the playoffs becomes coaching adjustment in game and from game to game matter more. Mchale is probably the worst at that in the NBA. Quote

king Posted April 11, 2015 Author Report Posted April 11, 2015 THE ONLY NO CALL WE SHOULD BE MAD AT IS MCHALES NOT CALLIN JOSH SMITH BACK TO THE BENCH WHEN HE MISSED HIS 20th FREE THROW HurricaneCal 1 Quote
HurricaneCal Posted April 11, 2015 Report Posted April 11, 2015 THE ONLY NO CALL WE SHOULD BE MAD AT IS MCHALES NOT CALLIN JOSH SMITH BACK TO THE BENCH WHEN HE MISSED HIS 20th FREE THROW Dwight Howard, Joey Dorsey, and Josh Smith if they play the Spurs in the playoffs Pop will use this strategy again, maybe not every game, but he'll use it. BS Wildcats Posted April 11, 2015 Report Posted April 11, 2015 Inexcusable for pros not making ft's. Maybe they should PRACTICE them. Hello coach! Quote
king Posted April 11, 2015 Author Report Posted April 11, 2015 Rockets will face either Memphis, San Antonio, LA Clippers, or Portland in the first round of the playoffs. Out of all these teams I'd choose the Blazers. No wes matthews, Aaron Afflalo to miss 1-2 weeks with a shoulder strain. (first couple games of the playoffs.) 7-8 record in their last 15. Theyr'e pretty much guaranteed the 4th seed since they have their division locked up so we need to surpass the Clips for that 5th seed. Plus we dont have chandler parsons to leave lillard open for that shot, ariza wont let that happen Quote
HurricaneCal Posted April 11, 2015 Report Posted April 11, 2015 Biggest problem with the Blazers is the Rockets have zero answer for Lillard and Aldridge. Best matchup was going to be against Dallas. Now it might be another year of what could've been. Quote
