There are a lot of great athletes across SE Texas that ended up on some of the teams less fortunate, that never had the opportunity to make the playoffs. This Friday will be the last time many will ever pull on a helmet or even be on a football field again. I want to thank all you guys for all your hard work and dedication to the game, and to your schools, regardless of the outcome. You have provided us fans with what we love to do during football season, and lots to talk about. You are much appreciated and we all wish you well, and hope you guys go far in life. God Bless.
