Angleton I agree but Marshall has a ton of talent and an excellent resume in the toughest district in our region. I was just shocked they don't have Aledo picked to win big school.

In 5A division 2, the Angleton vs Dayton game in round two will be BIG!  I can see the winner of that game getting through to quarterfinals.

I can't imagine when you make that many mock brackets all at once that your mind is working completely properly after the first two or three. it is fun to look at though.

He's got Jasper going all the way to the regional final and losing to Navasota and Argyle winning the 4A-D1 title over the Rattlers. That's a really good showing for the Bulldogs, imo.

Look at the 4AD2 bracket. If Orangefield would have lost Friday, I think they had a legitimate chance to make it to the QF. Now with LaGrange and HJ on their side, not so much. Although would be interesting to see Ofield/HJ again.

I think so, too. The Bulldogs were ranked #12 (Old Coach poll) in 4A to start the year and I think the expectation then was to keep going until Navasota knocked them out. Kilgore is a good team, even at 4-6, so Jasper has to come out sharp early and take away their will. It's gonna be a good game that could go either way if the Dawgs come out flat.

CC and Crockett will meet up in 3rd round , Cisco will beat Waskom . That's if Waskom makes it that far , Cisco will be in Arlington . Newton will make it if they get past CC or Crockett then big matchup vs East Bernard in semi . That's how I see it .

OF will not beat La Grange. I doubt HJ will beat La Grange. I doubt WO-S will beat La Grange. La Grange being in this region really hurts these school's chances.
