Any Coaching Changes for 2015 ?

I don't know that to be true at all. How do you know for a fact that people here don't demand more from their programs? All I see you do on here is take shots, even in the thread about stat-taking (maybe SETX doesn't have the money). Like I said, it doesn't matter where a school hires from, if they feel he is the best fit then they will hire him. I could mention the small schools in the area but I know that wouldn't fit your narrative. How many coaches have been with their programs for a long time and have not produced good seasons? What do you define as long? Why do you think you represent all of Houston anyways? Did every school tell you their requirements?

I can tell you understand exactly what I'm saying, you have to play devil's advocate for the area which I undersand totally. What we would define as "long" and "good" are probably different and if I gave examples that really would look like taking shots. Of course they would hire the best coach for the job, I'm going to go out on a concrete slab though and say that someone on the school board in Katy, Cypress, Kingwood or Spring will have a different view on who the "best" coach is than someone from Orange, Vidor or Beaumont.

I only represent myself so I'm giving my own assessment which haven't been in line with lots of others on here. Look at Cy-Fair's 6A district though, there's 10 schools in the district and if I'm not mistaken they all have right at 3000 kids with most being well over. There's very little talent or resource difference between the teams mostly so coaching is at a premium, therefore you end up wth very good coaching across the board much like 25-5A where Cedar Park had to win on the last day of the season to get in the playoffs but went to state. Vandergrift won the region in D1 from their district. You know who didn't even make the playoffs at like 7-3, Georgetown's coach. Lots of cases and coaches like that around the state, none in SETX though.

I think the narrative should be more directed towards how to fix the issues instead of saying someone is bashing for pointing out what a lot of other people in the state already think. Even for the stats, lol.
