PhatMack19 Posted November 30, 2014 Report Posted November 30, 2014 Bo's record at Nebraska was 67-27 in 7 seasons. He had at least 9 wins in every season with 3 Big 12 North titles and 1 Big Ten Legends title. He's nuts, but he is a good coach that could have a job tomorrow if he wants it. There is a good chance that the new Nebraska coach will be a downgrade. Quote
BlackShirts5 Posted November 30, 2014 Report Posted November 30, 2014 Oh the next coach will be a down grade. Remember what happened last time we fired a 9-3 coach. This is straight terrible in my eyes. Quote

PhatMack19 Posted November 30, 2014 Report Posted November 30, 2014 Oh the next coach will be a down grade. Remember what happened last time we fired a 9-3 coach. This is straight terrible in my eyes. 9-3 this year with 1 blowout loss to a very hot Wisconsin team. 5 point loss to #11 Michigan State on the road. 4 point loss to #25 Minnesota. They weren't very far off. I don't get the firing for football reasons. It's obvious there is more to the story. Quote

king Posted November 30, 2014 Author Report Posted November 30, 2014 Pelini has never won less than 9 games at Nebraska. He went 9-3 again and got canned. Yet our piece of **** BOT/admin/president won't fire a guy for 6-6 in year four????? Quote
PhatMack19 Posted November 30, 2014 Report Posted November 30, 2014 Muschamp? He will be busy coaching the defense in Aggieland. Quote
Peppermint Patty Posted November 30, 2014 Report Posted November 30, 2014 He will be busy coaching the defense in Aggieland. That's an oxymoron. TxHoops 1 Quote
BlackShirts5 Posted November 30, 2014 Report Posted November 30, 2014 Do not want muschamp here. Noway. I have a very bad feeling they are going to try to get Scott Frost. No coach in their right mind would go to a school knowing 9 wins is not good enough Quote
king Posted November 30, 2014 Author Report Posted November 30, 2014 Nebraska AD used to be at Miami When He Hired Al Golden. ESPN said Al may be a candidate. LMAO! yall can take him Quote
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted November 30, 2014 Report Posted November 30, 2014 Scott not leaving Oregon. Quote
BlackShirts5 Posted November 30, 2014 Report Posted November 30, 2014 Scott not leaving Oregon. Good. Husker nation wants Tressel, Colorado states coach or frost. Lmao. Mr. Buddy Garrity 1 Quote
Bulldog92 Posted November 30, 2014 Report Posted November 30, 2014 I was shocked when I saw that this actually went down. Bo's a good coach and will learn from this. Tommy Armstrong has already tweeted against this and he may be right, but he might as well go ahead and transfer. Quote
BlackShirts5 Posted November 30, 2014 Report Posted November 30, 2014 A whole lot of players have tweeted. A lot of them! Quote
Eazy Posted November 30, 2014 Report Posted November 30, 2014 Nebraska was 9-4 or 10-4 every year under Pelini. Obviously not good enough. Quote
Peppermint Patty Posted November 30, 2014 Report Posted November 30, 2014 Nebraska was 9-4 or 10-4 every year under Pelini. Obviously not good enough. He never won a conference championship. Eventually, you have to raise the bar. It did not help that he was a toxic personality. Nebraska, like many other forner elite programs, measures their success by NC's. Realistic or not, that is the expectation. Quote
Bulldog92 Posted November 30, 2014 Report Posted November 30, 2014 I just listened to the AD's press conference and while he didn't say anything in regard to what he's thinking, I would think he has his man... Quote
BlackShirts5 Posted November 30, 2014 Report Posted November 30, 2014 Gcmpats. You say toxic it toxic to who? Bulldogs. He has a man already. But did you hear him say championships are not his #1 priority. Isn't that why Bo just got let go? Quote
Bulldog92 Posted November 30, 2014 Report Posted November 30, 2014 I heard that. I'll reserve judgment until I see who he's bringing in. Quote
king Posted November 30, 2014 Author Report Posted November 30, 2014 Al Golden to Nebraska. I'm calling it now. Quote
king Posted December 1, 2014 Author Report Posted December 1, 2014 Nebraska students and fans would burn that campus to the ground Ferguson-style if Nebraska replaced Pelini with Al. Quote
bullets13 Posted December 1, 2014 Report Posted December 1, 2014 A whole lot of players have tweeted. A lot of them! Read them on deadspin. They're pissed! Quote
