PhatMack19 Posted December 3, 2014 Report Posted December 3, 2014 @SportsCenter: New College Football Playoff rankings Top 4: 1. Alabama 2. Oregon 3. TCU 4. Florida State 5. Ohio St 6. Baylor http://t.co/ubDV6NaxDU Baylor's PR firm better get to work Quote
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted December 3, 2014 Report Posted December 3, 2014 Pathetic. Ohio State over Baylor. What a freaking joke. Quote
Peppermint Patty Posted December 3, 2014 Report Posted December 3, 2014 FSU could be undefeated and miss the playoff. Quote
SKINS Posted December 3, 2014 Report Posted December 3, 2014 FSU could be undefeated and miss the playoff. I really don't think that would happen, people would be calling for the BCS in a heartbeat. Mr. Buddy Garrity 1 Quote
Eazy Posted December 3, 2014 Report Posted December 3, 2014 FSU could be undefeated and miss the playoff. If the Top 4 win, they are in. I'd like to see 1,2, and 4 lose and see what happens. 5 and 6 could both lose too. Quote
TxHoops Posted December 3, 2014 Report Posted December 3, 2014 These people are seriously dumb. Very dumb. Incredibly dumb. Fsu should get in even if they lose as the defending champs with no undefeated teams. And should be #1. But if you aren't going to make the undefeated, defending champs #1, does anyone think Bama has been more impressive of late than Oregon?? The whole thing is retarded. The only benefit is having an SECless championship game after Bama gets Jameised. baddog 1 Quote

Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted December 3, 2014 Report Posted December 3, 2014 Hard to beat a team twice in a season, wouldn't surprise me one bit if Oregon runs it up on Arizona if possible. Quote
PhatMack19 Posted December 3, 2014 Author Report Posted December 3, 2014 Hard to beat a team twice in a season, wouldn't surprise me one bit if Oregon runs it up on Arizona if possible. Everyone needs style points. No holding back this week. Mr. Buddy Garrity 1 Quote
Baba Ganoush Posted December 3, 2014 Report Posted December 3, 2014 It's all a game. The committee hopes 1 & 2 win so they can be opposite in the brackets and meet in championship. Ohio State should not be there with a 3rd string qb. Without Winston, I'm not sure that FSU would be in top 4. The main players should be considered when looking at the "best" teams. Baylor should be gone for hiring a PR firm and suing. Committee will look lame if Baylor jumps 2 spots and all teams above them win. Style points shouldn't matter. If you look good and win against a team that looked good, then you are good. Quote

Eazy Posted December 3, 2014 Report Posted December 3, 2014 Hard to beat a team twice in a season, wouldn't surprise me one bit if Oregon runs it up on Arizona if possible.I wouldnt be surprised, but then again these Title games the last two years have either been very close, or the underdog has won. FSU over Duke was the only favorite to even cover a spread. Rooting for chaos. Quote
Peppermint Patty Posted December 3, 2014 Report Posted December 3, 2014 Let's say FSU wins, but Jameis gets hurt. Would they stay the 4 seed? Quote
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted December 3, 2014 Report Posted December 3, 2014 Let's say FSU wins, but Jameis gets hurt. Would they stay the 4 seed? Yes cause they won a game without him already. Quote
Baba Ganoush Posted December 3, 2014 Report Posted December 3, 2014 Yes cause they won a game without him already. But is that the same week that FSU dropped from #1? I'm not positive but I think it is. If he was unavailable for the playoffs, I don't think FSU gets in. Chaos Quote
