  PORT NECHES -- Two first-half goals from Matt Parks kick-started Port Neches-Groves past Beaumont Ozen, 6-0, on Friday night at The Reservation.

  Junior goalkeeper Steven Baque recorded his first career shutout as a sticky Indians defense limited the Panthers to two shots and PN-G (3-2-2 and 2-1) commanded a 4-0 halftime advantage.

  Senior Kris Hayes converted the evening's first goal off a corner kick. Sophomore midfielder Matt Morrell rammed home a low, hard shot from the 18-yard box and Parks produced his two goals in the opening half.
