Newton 48 Blanco 21/Final/NEWTON GOES TO JERRYWORLD!!!

The Newton Eagles will attempt to take its last step to the State 3A, Division II State Championship Game as they take on the Blanco Panthers.  The Eagles, 11-3 on the season, punched its ticket for this state semifinal with a 32-7 win over Rogers last week.  The Panthers, 14-0 on the season, gained a semifinal berth with a 55-34 win over Odem last week.

 

The winner will advance to the Class 3A, Division II State Championship Game next week at AT&T Stadium in Arlington against either Sonora or Waskom.
